Bursting with fresh flavours these sushi bites can be enjoyed anytime of the day!


  • 3  5g packets of Snack Nori
  • 1 Cup cooked Sushi Rice
  • 3 Medium BayFarms Avocados
  • 1 Telegraph Cucumber
  • 1 Bunch of Spring Onions
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • Sesame Seeds


For the Sushi Rice:

  • 1 Cup Sushi Rice (1 rice cooker cup) – cooked
  • 1 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt

Whisk together the rice wine vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl until sugar and salt dissolves, then mix it with the cooked sushi rice.

For the Avocado Cucumber Salad:

  • 2 Medium BayFarms Avocados diced small.
  • 1 Telegraph Cucumber diced small
  • 1 Spring Onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds

Mix the ingredients for the avocado cucumber salad and top with some more sesame seeds for garnish.

Serve the avocado cucumber salad with warm rice and seaweed and enjoy!

To feast, put a dollop of rice on a piece of seaweed topped by a dollop of the avocado cucumber salad.
