  • 40 grams of chia seeds
  • 350 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 green kiwifruit.
  • Coconut flakes to taste


    • Mix the honey and coconut milk until the honey has combined.
    • Stir in the chia seeds and let stand for 20mins, or in the fridge overnight. (depending on how much time you have)
    • Peel the kiwifruit, blend 3 of the 4 until puree, slice remaining one for topping.
    • Divide the kiwifruit puree into two glasses, Pour the chia mix on top, garnish with sliced kiwifruit and coconut flakes.
