Using Avocado in these Brownies adds a beautiful creamy texture and healthy fats while also tasting ultra decadent.
Ingredients
- 1 Medium BayFarms Avocado halved and peeled.
 - 2 Eggs
 - ½ Cup honey
 - 1 Tsp vanilla extract
 - 2/3 Cup flour
 - ¼ Cup cocoa powder
 - 1 Tsp baking powder
 
Method
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
 - In a blender or food processor, combine avocado, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth, scraping down sides, as necessary.
 - In a large bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
 - Combine the wet and dry mixtures and fold until a batter forms. Pour batter into a greased tin.
 - Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool. Garnish with icing sugar & freeze-dried raspberries.
