This creamy, Mediterranean-style blend is the perfect dip for a summer picnic or bbq gathering. Serve with your favourite sides or keep in the fridge ready to spread on toast as a quick snack.
You can spice up this recipe with any extra flavours you enjoy. We’ve used a dash of Kaitaia Fire but you could also try finely chopped fresh chilli, Sriracha sauce or Tabasco sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 x BayFarms Avocados
 - 1 x 200g Feta cheese
 - 1 x juice of a lemon
 - Handful of fresh thyme and parsley
 - Salt &pepper
 - Dash of Kaitaia fire (optional)
 
Put all ingredients in blender and mix till whipped together.
