BayFarms Fresh Fish Tacos! Invite your friends over and get ready to taco! A quick, healthy, and easy meal in a matter of minutes!
Ingredients
- 3 medium BayFarms Avocados
 - 2-3 fillets fresh white flesh fish
 - 10pk soft Tacos/Tortillas
 - 1/2 finely sliced red cabbage
 - Handful of fresh coriander
 - 420g corn(can), fresh or frozen can also be used
 - 1 finely diced red onion
 - Cajun seasoning to taste
 - 1 lemon or lime – juice
 - Olive oil
 - Hot sauce (optional)
 - Salt and pepper
 
Method
- Finely sliced red cabbage, add to bowl, mix through corn.
 - Halve and scoop out the Avocados into a separate bowl and mix in juice of the lemon or lime and red onion (this will stop the Avocado from browning).
 - Season the fish with salt, pepper and cajun seasoning to your taste.
 - Lightly fry the fish fillets in olive oil for 2 mins each side.
 - Toast the tortillas either side on gas hob or lightly in a frypan or in the oven until warmed through.
 - Start constructing your tacos with your toppings, flaking the fish gently and top with more fresh lime juice and hot sauce.
