An easy, festive appetizer with simple delicious ingredients.


  • 1 Baguette
  • 2 ripe medium BayFarms Avocados
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Chopped Fresh parsley
  • Olive oil
  • 100g Feta
  • 100g Pomegranate arils


    • Pre heat oven to 180*
    • Slice Baguette to desired thickness and place on a lined oven tray.
    • Drizzle Baguette with olive oil until evenly coated
    • Bake for 10-12min or until edges are slightly toasted.
    • Scoop Avocado flesh into a bowl and mix with lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
    • Once Baguette slices have cooled top with Avocado mixture, crumbled feta, and pomegranate arils.
